Postpartum diseases of uterus represent a foremost predicament in cattle farms affecting reproductive efficiency. (PP) uterine include metritis, endometritis and subclinical (SCE). Barring SCE, all other project the clinical signs. Diagnosis SCE at early stage PP has been challenging task for many veterinarians. The present study aimed to validate correlate proficiency transitional changes cervix assessed by transrectal ultrasonography (TRUS) endometrial cytology (EC) diagnosis cattle. research was carried out two phases i.e, 30th day postpartum (DPP) (n=74) first exhibited oestrus after 45th DPP (n=24) (54.63 ± 1.13 d) emphasise both diagnostic modalities. Endometrial could discriminate between cows positive negative significantly (20.54 0.48 vs 5.55 0.41). It potent diagnosing also, as significant reduction per cent PMN cells 7.56 0.32) noticed. Uterine parameters TRUS like cervical diameter thickness assessment did not EC also animals. results signify that is efficacious cows, while impractical sole modality SCE.
